Having thehigh-quality as an imperative, fresh and authentic food from the Mariovo region is preparedin this ethno house. Traditional Mariovo cheese, meat baked under “sach” (a ceramic or metal lid), homemade bread, zelnik (Macedonian pie) and always fresh salad directly from the garden, are the food specialities you will remember for a very long time. The restaurant has a capacity of about 50 guests, and only reservations with prior notice of more than 24 hours are accepted.
For visitors who want to escape away from the urban chaos, the Ethno House has at its disposal 4 authentically arranged rooms with 11 beds in total, a shared bathroom indoors and 2 extra toilets outside.
